After going 0-2 in pool play the Bullets Black came back to play on Sunday! After winning both bracket play games on Sunday morning, the Bullets Black were ready to face the Lakeland Heat in the Championship Game. Up until the 5th inning it was a game dominated by great pitching and defense on both sides as the game remained scoreless. Keaton Bruce pitched an outstanding game for Bullets Black with 3K, 5 Hits, and 1 Run. In the 5th inning Bradley Strickland singled for a base hit. Then with 1 out Matt Roberts hit an RBI triple to put the Bullets ahead 1-0. Keaton then had an RBI single. The Bullets were then up 2-0. In the 6th inning Jordan Ramus reached on a HBP and went to 2nd on a past ball. He scored on a double by Andrew Mink. With 2 outs Evan Colantouni hit an RBI single to give the Bullets a 4-0 lead. In the 7th inning the Lakeland Heat scored 1 run, but the Bullets Black defense held strong to end the game. It was a great game by both teams with the Bullets Black capturing the trophy with a 4-1 victory!
